Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests following the end of gymnastics. After a year, she earned her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. When she was 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card within a year. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She picked up where she was in prior contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better goals each year. At the close of 2009, she had won four fitness awards. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and was crowned sixth place for the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any expectations. Her satisfaction was high by her performance. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. She usually warms up first before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. The way she achieves this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps are done.
