She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of leaders to achieve objectives for business, particularly in the midst of dramatic changes and expansion. She is a trusted adviser who has helped to translate corporate goals and strategies into business and people strategy through the management of change and engagement for employees. She believes that learning is one of the key elements of leadership. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and trained individuals who have achieved effectiveness and outcomes. Her efforts helped develop cultures that promote learning innovation and positive changes for both individuals as well as teams. Annmarie, who has a commitment to assisting Learning Ally in its mission, also devotes her free time to providing support to other non-profit organizations. As part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has devoted her time and talent in support of Learning Ally's work.
